Betjilo Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Betjilo and its members. Betjilo operates as a trusted online platform for betting and lottery users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to both the betjilo.bet website and its associated mobile application.

Betjilo reserves the right to update its Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

To register with Betjilo, members must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Registering with false or incorrect details may result in account closure at any time and forfeiture of funds.

• Each individual One Account Only open an account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, phone number, and email address used during registration must be your own.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Passwords must not be shared with anyone.
• The KYC verification process may require a copy of your national ID card or passport.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Betjilo reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend an existing account, particularly where inconsistencies are found in the information provided.

Betjilo is exclusively for 18 years of age or older individuals only. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

The following individuals are not eligible to use Betjilo:

• Any individual under the age of 18
• Residents of regions where online betting is prohibited by law
• Betjilo employees or their family members
• Those whose accounts were previously closed due to fraud or violations

Members may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Betjilo believes betting is entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage all members to bet responsibly and within their means.

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: If betting feels like it's becoming an addiction, you can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members can choose a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Reality Check: The platform will periodically show members a summary of their playing time and spending.

Betjilo's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual funds deposited in the member's account.

Betjilo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. In the event of changes:

• Members will be notified by email prior to any significant changes.
• A notice of changes will be displayed upon logging into the platform.
• The effective date of any updated terms will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
