Registration & Account

To register on Betjilo, you'll need an active mobile number or email address and a strong password. You must be at least 18 years old. During registration, you'll be asked for your full name, date of birth, and contact details. For KYC verification, you may later need to provide a photo of your National ID or passport.

Registration on Betjilo typically takes just 3 to 5 minutes. Fill in the form, verify with the OTP sent to your mobile — and your account is ready to go. KYC verification may take up to an additional 24 hours.

After logging in, you can update most of your details from Account Settings. However, to change your name or date of birth after KYC verification, you'll need to contact support and submit the required documents. Changing your mobile number or email address requires OTP verification.

Betjilo does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash/Nagad) may apply their own transfer charges. For withdrawals below a certain threshold, a processing fee may apply — see the Payments page for details.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus comes with specific Rollover Requirements applies — for example, if the bonus amount must be wagered 5 times before it becomes withdrawable. Once the conditions are met, the bonus balance is added to your main balance and can be withdrawn.

Share your referral link. When a friend registers through that link and makes their first deposit, you'll receive Referral Bonus available. The referral bonus amount may vary based on current promotions. You can find your referral link in your account settings.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in certain cases — such as a match being called off or a bet being placed at incorrect odds — Betjilo will automatically void the bet and refund your stake. To learn more about the rules, Terms & Conditions read here.

Match Odds page shows the latest odds for all upcoming and live matches, updated every few seconds. You can also place bets directly from the odds page while logged in.

Yes, at Betjilo Accumulator Bet (parlay) bets are fully supported. Add multiple selections and place your bet at the combined odds. Keep in mind that if any single selection loses, the entire bet is lost — so bet wisely. The maximum number of selections per bet slip is listed on the betting page.
Security & Privacy

On the login page Click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered email or mobile number — a reset link or OTP will be sent to you. Click the link and set a new password. Note that the reset link is only valid for 15 minutes.
